Individual Therapy
Initial Session: $175 | 50 Minutes
Regular Session: $150 | 50 Minutes
Therapy/counseling sessions for individuals dealing with a major life event or change in their life. This includes divorce, empty nest, death/loss of a loved one, career change, marriage/remarriage and blended families. I work to help these individuals accept and sometimes the need to grieve the changes in their life. One change has a domino effect. Understanding this is paramount for clients to be able to regain their footing and feel confident about themselves and life again.
Couples
Therapy
Initial Session: $200 | 50 Minutes
Regular Session: $175 | 50 Minutes
Couples/marriage counseling for couples who are looking to improve their relationship, open up communication and regain their intimacy. Pre-marital counseling for marriage and remarriage consists of two assessments (one individual, one couple) to help discover the dynamics the couple is and are likely to face in a long term relationship with one another. Both are meant to bring trust, understanding and compassion to the marriage.
Insurance
I am considered an out-of-network provider, and therefore I do not directly accept insurance. Rather than going back and forth with insurance companies all day, I focus on providing the absolute highest level of service to my clients.
I can provide you with a billing statement at the end of each month to be submitted for reimbursement if you have PPO, HSA, or other flexible health care benefits. This works well for many of my clients.
